On amnesia models induced by (icv) injection of β-amyloid fragment 25-35 peptide were evaluated antiamnestic actitity. It was used of active antibody preparations (RA AT) to protein S100 (tenoten), to eNOS (impaza) and combinations (divaza) antiamnestic activity behavioral tests novel object conditioned response passive avoidance. Under the influence of RA AT S100 observed recovery of violation of the β-amyloid short-term memory (1 hour after the initial presentation of objects), and RA AT eNOS were more effective when tested 24 hours later. Combined medication completely compensate for the simulated deflection behavior of rats did not differ from the intact control. The effectiveness of antibody-based release-active preparations Impaza (antibodies to eNOS), Tenoten (antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100), Dietressa (antibodies to type 1 cannabinoid receptor), Brizantin (combined preparation, antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 and type 1 cannabinoid receptor), and Divaza (combined preparation, antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 and eNOS) in the prevention of vertigo was studied on the model of intermittent accumulation of Coriolis accelerations (ICCA). Modification of activity of vestibular receptors and signal systems by release-active preparations contributed to an increase in ICCA tolerance time. Combined preparation Impaza possessed the most significant antinaupathic properties. Brizantin was less potent in this respect.

The effects of impaza on ovulatory cycles, sexual behavior, and conception processes were studied in female rats. A two-week course of impaza in doses of 3 and 15 ml/kg did not affect alternation of estrous cycle phases, the incidence of estrus reducing. Sexual behavior of these females was characterized by activation of the receptive sexual motivations; conception was characterized by a higher fertility index and a lower fetal mortality.

The study was aimed to the evaluation the effect of NO- synthase inducer impaza on endothelial function and erectile function in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The study involved 127 men with stable coronary artery disease (CAD), aged 55.8 +/- 5.3 years, which were planned on CABG. The survey included assessment of IIEF score and blood lipid levels, registration of nocturnal penile tumescences, postcompression tests on the shoulder and cavernous arteries. Endothelial function was assessed as the plasma levels of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1). The comparison group of patients (n = 67) were treated with standard rehabilitation program, and the study group (n = 67) additionally has received impaza 1 tablet a day for 24 weeks. It is shown that in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) undergoing CABG, the use of impaza for 24 weeks facilitates optimal dynamic expression of the ED. But a year after the operation, there were marked deterioration in erectile function, indicating a short-term effect of action of impaza that may require its longer use. In addition, 6 months after CABG, patients receiving impaza had better indicators of functional activity of the endothelium in shoulder and cavernous arteries compared with patients who received conventional rehabilitation; one year after surgery, however, there were no significant differences in these parameters. Restorative treatment using impaza in CAD patients after myocardial revascularization operations has positive influence on the NO, ET-1 levels, which is reflected in the functional state of the endothelium and characterized by an increase in vasodilator properties and decrease in vasoconstrictor properties.

The main objective of the study was to investigate the efficacy of using a mono and combined therapy drugs Impaza and Nebido for secondary prevention and treatment of ED. It was examined 79 diabetic patients with ED. The age of patients within 18-60 years, duration of diabetes - from 6 months to 29 years, ED - from 6 months to 12 years. To identify the ED was used International index of erectile function (IIEF). The patients were divided into 3 groups: I - patients with organic ED, II - with psychogenic ED and III group - with mixed ED. Drags Impaza and Nebido used in all three groups, as mono or as complex therapy. It was using routine (anamnesis, clinico- biochemical data) and special (pharmacodopplerography) methods of study. The study did not include patients with increased level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), polycythemia, obstruction of the urinary tract with the prostate size increasing and prostate cancer. Statistical data was studed by using Pearson's χ2-test. The results showed the following. Indicators of glycohemoglobin above normal reduces the effectiveness of the treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus.The combined use of drugs Impaza and Nebido in patients with ED had a positive resultes in 41,4-91,7% of the cases. These drugs are effective in diabetic patients with mild and moderate form of erectile dysfunction.
